Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds Policy for Clitheroe Concerts Society

1. General Policy
Clitheroe Concerts Society (CCS) aims to provide an excellent service to all ticket holders. However, due to the nature of live performances, we are unable to offer refunds unless specifically stated below.

2. Event Cancellation
If an entire concert is cancelled: CCS will offer a full refund to all ticket holders.
If a concert is postponed: CCS will offer ticket holders the option of a full refund or to exchange their tickets for the rescheduled date.

3. Event Alterations
If a concert is significantly altered: CCS will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer partial refunds or alternative arrangements.

4. Incorrect Ticket Purchases
Incorrect ticket purchases: CCS may not offer refunds for tickets purchased in error. Please ensure you select the correct performance and ticket type before completing your purchase.

5. Refunds Process
Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing time: Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process.
